Roger J. Grant graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1989 after earning degrees with high honors in Business and Aviation Technology from Purdue University. He is a member of the California, Nevada, Colorado, Washington and Arizona Bars. Mr. Grant began his career as a complex litigation attorney handling insurance subrogation matters throughout California and Nevada.
Since 1995, Mr. Grant has limited his practice to the representation of homeowner associations in general counsel and construction defect matters. Mr. Grant is a leading educator in construction and homeowner association law. His courses have been attended by thousands of association board members, managers and homeowners. Mr. Grant is a past chapter president of Community Associations Institute and past president of the LV High-Rise Condominium Association.
