John Stander has practiced as an attorney specializing in civil litigation for over 20 years, and is licensed in both California and Nevada. In that time, Mr. Stander has successfully litigated hundreds of construction defect cases on behalf of homeowner associations.
Mr. Stander graduated from New York University with a major in Comparative Literature. He received his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he was Executive Editor of the Law Review, Member of the Moot Court Board, received multiple Am-Jur Awards and graduated near the top of his class.
Mr. Stander speaks regularly on the issues of construction defect litigation, and other legal issues that affect homeowner associations. Mr. Stander has been awarded an AV preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell, indicating the highest possible rating for legal ability and ethical standards.
