Charles Litt is a founder and the managing partner of the Fenton Grant Law Firm. He is a graduate of Cal Berkeley and University of San Diego School of Law. Mr. Litt is a member of the California and Nevada State Bars and has received the highest rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell’s national law directory, indicating very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards.
Mr. Litt is a leading educator in the field of construction defect litigation, having served as an instructor for various law conferences, West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminars, and the Brookings Institute. Mr. Litt has successfully litigated more than three hundred construction defect cases in California and Nevada, as well as serving as lead counsel to the Millennium Tower Association in the landmark Millennium construction defect claim.
