Alex Remick has 20+ years of litigation experience and has handled a wide range of matters before state and federal courts both at the trial level and on appeal. Clients seek Mr. Remick’s services as lead trial counsel and he is known for his courtroom acumen and his trial advocacy skills. He has tried many jury cases to verdict in California and Michigan.

Mr. Remick has prosecuted numerous claims against governmental entities, and has litigated an inverse condemnation case involving the Santa Clarita Water District.

Mr. Remick has served as a mediator with the Litigation Tribunal and he also served as an arbitrator. He has conducted seminars for the National Business Institute in the area of premises liability.
