Step 6: Provide developer an opportunity to inspect, investigate and permanently repair the defective conditions.

Step 7: Determination of nature of claims and recoverable damages based upon expert findings.

Step 8: Analysis of statute of limitations defense, if any.

Step 9: Meeting with the Board and homeowners.

Step 10: Commencement of lawsuit if unsuccessful in working with developer.
