Charles M. Litt received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law after graduating with high honors from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the California and Nevada State Bars, is the managing partner of the firm and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Citizens for Justice political action committee.
Mr. Litt is a leading educator in the field of construction defect litigation, having served as an instructor for Mealey’s law conferences, West Coast Casualty Insurance Seminars and the Brookings Institute. Mr. Litt focuses his practice on construction defect litigation and has successfully litigated more than two hundred construction defect cases in California. Mr. Litt has been recognized as a Mountain States Rising Star in the field of construction litigation, and has received the highest rating (AV) by Martindale-Hubbell’s national law directory, indicating very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards.
